Terms and Conditions

To secure our services for your upcoming event, please contact our office @916-667-6483. We do not accept online bookings.  Once you book with Icy Sips, an invoice will be sent to you requesting a 50% deposit. The reamining balance is due seven days prior to your event. All packages include delivery, setup, and breakdown within a 25-mile radius of Roseville, California, If your event is outside this radius, an additional fee of $50 will be charged or every 25 miles

All of our mixes feature a delightfully non-alcoholic flavors, but this concentrate can easily be transformed into a professional cocktail if you'd like. We do not include alcohol with any of our packages, but your cocktail selections do come with recipes and instructions to elevate an ordinary mocktail into an extra ordinary cocktail.  

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, you can do so without any charge within 30 days. After 30 days we reserve the right to apply a 20% fee for all refunds.
